Microsoft Technical Fellow and IT guru Mark Russinovich hosts a panel of top independent industry experts to drive an open discussion around Windows Vista adoption and deployment, and demystify known issues. The panel will feature leading third-party Windows Vista adoption subject-matter experts including Mark Minasi , author of Administering Windows Vista Security: The Big Surprises; Tony Bradley, foremost security expert and Microsoft Enterprise Security MVP; and Jerry Honeycutt, author, speaker and Deployment Forum MVP, as well as IT Pros from customer organizations that have tackled Windows Vista adoption and deployment-all discussing the challenges, workarounds, and tips and tricks that they have learned along the way and the benefits of adoption. Volgende maand gaan wij als Microsoft verhuizen naar een nieuw kantoorpand. Het fotootje laat een stukje zien met een mooie hulpdienstauto voor de deur bij de recente brand op het dak van het pand. Overigens was deze brand niet echt ernstig en heeft de verhuizing om deze reden geen vertraging opgelopen :-).

En daarmee zitten we ca 100 m. vanaf het enige (mij bekende) benzinestation op Schiphol Centrum en op loopafstand van de "echte" luchtvaartgebouwen. (Je loopt/rolt langs het Sheraton/WTC en aan het einde van de skybridge steek je langs het Hilton en je ziet het kantoor al liggen ...)
Nu ben ik zeer benieuwd ... Wie is Evert van Beek nu eigenlijk ? Ik hoor/zie het wel in de reakties.
Na de vorige sessies wordt het weer tijd om een voeten op tafel sessie te organiseren. Nu is er de afgelopen tijd veel gebeurd (wanneer niet ?), maar eh ... :

Ik weet zeker dat dit veel voer voor discussie oplevert en daarom wil ik je graag uitnodigen voor de volgende voeten op tafel sessie bij Microsoft en wel op vrijdag 4 April 2008 vanaf 16:00 bij ons.

(Natuurlijk komt er ook een sessie in Mei maar eh ... het is nog onduidelijk wanneer we exact gaan verhuizen naar het nieuwe Microsoft pand dus eh ... wacht ik liever met de aankondiging tot het moment dat ik echt uit het raam kan kijken en de vliegtuigjes op Schiphol zien landen)
