Below is an exstract of the key new features and functionality:</p> <ul> <li><b>Quiz &amp; Assessments</b> <br />The native SharePointLMS Quiz Tool has seen many new features added such as import and export to QTI Standards, Individual ' Template Feedback, Hints and new Question Types such as Gab Fill.</li> <li><b>Global announcements</b> <br />Send announcements quickly and easily to all your courses from a single location.</li> <li><b>Office hours</b> <br />A new feature within SharePointLMS that enables Faculty, Teachers and Course administrators to keep Office Hours online and give the Learners a simple and easy way to book appointments with Course Staff.</li> <li><b>Syllabus</b> <br />Syllabus is an outline and summary of topics to be covered in a course. A syllabus usually contains specific information about the course and can be connected to your SharePointLMS courses.</li> <li><b>Seating chart</b> <br />Our new Seating Chart will give Course Staff a tool to create a plan of the class room and asign seats to learners.</li> <li><b>Multimedia Server</b> <br />Our Document Library now allows for the linking of Multimedia files delivered by Multimedia Servers reducing duplication and file storage space.</li> <li><b>Grade book</b> <br />New enhancements to the grade book include calculation of an Average Weighted Grades calculated grade and auto certification based on passing a set criteria.</li> <li><b>Roster</b> <br />Our Roster provides the Learners and Course Staff with an overview on who is enrolled in the course, their contact details, interests etc. A separate Roster is maintained for both Learners and Staff.</li> <li><b>Parental Access</b> <br />A Parent Portal where parents/carers can quickly and easily see all the information related to their children's homework, grades, announcements, calendar events, teachers contact details etc.</li> <li><b>Wiki-page library</b> <br />Manage all the wiki-pages of the course in a library. Link the different pages of the wiki-library to create a complete knowledge base of the course.</li> </ul> <p>The SharePointLMS Web Part library has now grown, with new web parts providing even more flexibility to deliver the right content on the SharePointLMS pages.
